Willmott Dixon has completed work on the BioCity Discovery building in Nottingham.
To mark the occasion, the contracting, residential development and property support business has released a video charting the delivery of the £27 million project.
Built on a former Boots R&D centre, the BioCity Discovery building has sophisticated laboratory facilities such as nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectrometers, rotary evaporators and centrifuges.
It took less than two years to complete and the building comprises of 50,000sq ft of offices, meeting facilities and laboratory spaces.
This prestigious facility will provide work in the healthcare and life sciences sectors for approximately 55,000 people in the region and the video shows how the project progressed during the construction period.
